Our Identity | Letter From The President

An identity is shaped over time, through experiences, and the people that surround you.
That same idea applies to PEARL® Canada.
Like any journey, our identity has very much evolved through growth, change, and moments of coming together. We have spent many hours discussing not just what we do, but who we are, and how we want to show up for each other, our partners, and our community.
For us, this became especially clear during moments when we took a step back to really look at what we wanted our new corporate identity to be. Whether connecting across our offices, time zones, or teams, those moments remind us of meaningful spaces that don't start with outcomes.
My own journey in this industry mirrors that belief. I came to PEARL® through outside sales, navigating an industry built on relationships, trust, and showing up for people. What I found here was more than a company. I found a team, a sense of belonging, and the opportunity to grow into a leader surrounded by people who care about one another. That experience shapes how I lead today and how we think about PEARL’s future.
Our identity is not just a logo or a set of words. It is who we are today, what we believe in, and how we treat one another, while putting our best foot forward. It is built on the simple truth that people need people, and that our work is better when we feel connected.
