How do I track my order?
Please search your tracking number on the tracking site that your order was shipped with. This information can be found in your shipping notification email.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can! When checking out, please select the “In Store Pickup” option. If that option does not appear, please change your shipping address to the branch you want to pick up at.
Please email or call ahead to let us know when you will be picking up your order so we can have it ready for you!
What if there are issues with my order?
If there are any issues with your order, please email the closest branch to you, at vancouver@lifewithpearl.com, calgary@lifewithpearl.com, or kingston@lifewithpearl.com. Please inspect your order for issues within at least 30 days of receiving it, and contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return my order?
We do accepts returns up to 90 days after the purchase date, though shipping fees will not be included. For more information, please see our return policy here.
