Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays) within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time refers to the time our team requires to prepare your order for pickup or shipment. Processing time does not include the shipping transit time that third-party carriers take to deliver your shipment after it leaves our warehouse. Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. Shipment tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times:
To provide the best possible service, we offer a variety of shipping options. Customers may select the option that best suits their needs during checkout. Please note that the transit time estimates provided below are based on carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or any other carrier issues are beyond our control. Typical transit times across Canada are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–5 business days
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates vary based on your order’s shipping dimensions, weight, and destination. Upon filling in your shipping information in your online cart, the shipping rates for your cart items will be displayed.
Where Orders are Shipped From:
Whenever possible, orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to your shipping address. In the event that any products are not available at the warehouse closest to your shipping address, your order may ship from another warehouse that has the products in stock. No additional shipping charges will be incurred for pre-quoted orders. Please note that if orders are shipping from a warehouse that is further away from your shipping address, transit times will be extended, and delivery delays are to be expected.
Shipments that are Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items:
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact the branch location nearest to you. Please allow up to two weeks for a shipment to arrive before it is considered lost. After we receive your report about orders that are lost, damaged, or missing items, our team will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. After the investigation concludes, where applicable and subject to our discretion, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Please inspect your order and report any issues or defects within 30 days of receipt. Any returns requested or shipping issues reported after this time will not be accepted.
- Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage for claim purposes.
- When reporting damage or missing items, please attach photographs of the issue. This helps our team expedite the process of resolving your issue.

Additional Fees:
- You are wholly responsible for providing the complete and correct shipping address for your order at the point of checkout, and PEARL® Canada is not responsible for any such errors. If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier, any additional shipping fees for the re-delivery will be charged to you.
- Occasionally, and beyond the control of PEARL® Canada, additional special fees may be assessed by the carrier after shipment. Please note that any special fees incurred after the product has shipped are not included in our shipping rates and will be charged to you. If applicable, these special fees will be charged to you separately and are not the responsibility of PEARL® Canada. Examples of such special fee charges include, but are not limited to, tailgate, residential, and redirection fees.

Updates and Modifications to the Shipping Policy:
Life With PEARL® reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective as of the date of posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy prior to each purchase.
Governing Law:
This Shipping Policy and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings related to this policy may be brought in the courts of the province or territory where the customer resides, as required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
