We support our partners from the first conversation through installation and beyond, with a focus on ease, reliability, and care at every stage of the process. Our exceptional customer experience and teamwork with our dealers help make the product selection process easier for the homeowner.
PEARL® has fully staffed showrooms and distribution centres in Greater Vancouver, Calgary, and Kingston, supported by our digital showroom and online resources. Our Story
Pearl Canada’s story starts from humble roots. Founding their business in 1997, John and Deborah Chiang started small, selling tools out of the family’s home and garage. From the very beginning, John and Deborah always recognized that our customers are the heart of our business. Working hard to provide the best service and the products that our customers need have been the core tenets of Pearl’s business philosophy from the start. Pearl's pivot from a company focused on tools, to a company that offers a comprehensive range of home products is emblematic of our fluid response to changing customer needs.
John and Deborah made sure to pass on these values of partnership and service to the next generation. This shines through in the way that the new generation of Pearl’s leaders are continuing their family's legacy. Our leadership’s belief that Pearl brings people together, at home, has remained strong through the years. Persisting through all challenges, triumphs and growth through Pearl’s evolution, this unwavering belief has led Pearl to become the company that we are today.
Community Initiatives
Giving back to the community has always been a priority for the Chiang family. Deborah founded Love in Homes in 2010, and Pearl has directly supported these efforts since the charity’s inception. Bringing families together and supporting those in need is central to the charity’s cause. This cause makes it well aligned with Pearl’s philosophy of bringing people together, at home.
Sustainability Initiatives
Earth is our shared home, and Pearl recognizes our corporate social responsibility in doing our part to care for this world.
As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, Pearl has been proudly partnered with the global reforestation non-profit organization, One Tree Planted, since 2021. From this partnership, for every sink purchased from Pearl’s GEO line, one tree is planted as part of reforestation efforts.
